2-Year Warranty for All Princess Jewellery Pieces

At Princess Jewellery, we are committed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. Every piece of jewelry you purchase comes with a 24-month warranty, provided in accordance with the Czech Civil Code No. 89/2012 Sb.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and production faults but does not apply to damage caused by improper use or regular wear and tear.


What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Loose or fallen stones (if not caused by impact or misuse)

  • Broken clasps, chains, or joints due to structural flaws

  • Faulty settings or closures


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by improper use or wear (e.g. bending, scratching, breaking from impact)

  • Mechanical damage (e.g. torn chains, broken rings due to excessive force)

  • Loss of stones due to pulling, impact, or improper storage

  • Changes in appearance due to improper care (e.g. tarnishing from chemicals, perfumes, or water exposure)

  • Regular wear and tear (e.g. surface scratches on gold, silver, or stones)

  • Unauthorized third-party repairs or alterations

  • Parts subject to wear, such as leather straps or satin ribbons

Please note: Jewelry is delicate and should be worn with care. We recommend removing your jewelry before engaging in sports, sleeping, cleaning, or applying cosmetics or perfumes.


How to Claim Warranty Service

If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty repair, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Visit any Princess Jewellery retail store with your purchase receipt

  • Or send the item by insured mail or tracked parcel to our service address

Claims must be submitted within 24 months of the purchase date.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of both incoming and return postage.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
