Jewellery Repairs and Post-Warranty Service

At Princess Jewellery, we believe every piece of jewelry deserves to shine—whether you purchased it from us or not. Our expert team is happy to assist with both post-warranty repairs of our own jewelry and select repairs of jewelry from other sources.


1. Post-Warranty Repairs (Princess Jewellery Pieces)

If your Princess Jewellery item is no longer under warranty, we are pleased to offer professional repair services. Our specialists will assess the piece and let you know whether the repair is possible based on its condition and available materials.

How it works

  • You can bring the item to any Princess Jewellery store, or

  • Send it securely via insured and trackable mail to our service address, along with the completed [Repair Request Form]

Once received, we will evaluate the item and provide a non-binding price estimate. You can then confirm whether you'd like to proceed.

Important Information

  • Repairs depend on part availability, especially for older collections

  • Shipping costs (both directions) are covered by the customer

  • Use secure, trackable shipping to avoid loss or damage in transit


2. Repairs of Jewelry Not Purchased from Princess Jewellery

We also offer select repair services for fine jewelry not originally purchased from us. Whether it's a beloved heirloom, a gift, or a piece from another brand, our skilled jewelers may be able to restore or adjust it.

Eligible Services May Include:

  • Clasp or chain repairs

  • Stone resetting or tightening

  • Polishing and cleaning

  • Ring resizing (based on design and material)

We will first evaluate the jewelry in person or via photo (if applicable) and determine whether repair is possible. You’ll receive a price quote before any work is done.

Please note: We reserve the right to decline repairs for items where material, construction, or condition would prevent safe or effective service.
