1. Domestic Delivery (Czech Republic)

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Time: Typically 1–3 business days from the order confirmation.

  • Delivery Partner: Česká pošta, DPD, FedEx, GLS, or UPS.

  • Shipping Cost:

    • Orders under 4,000 CZK: 190 CZK

    • Orders 4,000 CZK and above: Free

  • Standard delivery does not include Saturday delivery.

Express Delivery

  • Delivery Time: Next business day, if the order is placed by 13:00 (Monday to Friday).

  • Shipping Cost: 590 CZK

  • Notes: Delivery can be delayed if a weekend or public holiday is involved. Express delivery does not guarantee Saturday or Sunday delivery.

2. International Shipping (Rest of the World)

Standard Delivery

  • Shipping Cost: 299 CZK

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Varies by destination, typically 4–12 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Express Delivery

  • Shipping Cost: 999 CZK

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

3. General Terms

  • Tracking: All shipments include tracking and require a signature upon delivery.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be stored for 5 additional business days at the depot for collection.

  • Alternate Address: Orders may be shipped to workplaces or alternate addresses, as long as both billing and delivery addresses are in the same country.

  • PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO Boxes or military postal addresses (e.g., BFPO).

4. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the order will be automatically refunded (excluding shipping fees) once it is received back. Customers who have already paid will receive a reversal to their original payment method.
