How can I be sure the jewelry is really gold or silver?

All our gold and silver pieces are officially hallmarked by the Czech Assay Office, in accordance with national regulations. We’re also happy to provide a certificate of authenticity upon request.

Where is your jewelry made?

Our jewelry is designed in our Prague atelier and produced in cooperation with verified partners across the Czech Republic, EU and internationally, depending on the design and materials used.

Do you use real gemstones?

Yes. We offer jewelry with both natural, lab-grown synthetic gemstones. Each product listing clearly states the stone type and quality.

Can I see your jewelry in person?

Of course! You’re welcome to visit our stores at Wenceslas Square or Westfield Chodov in Prague.

Will the jewelry come in a box?

Yes, every piece is securely packaged in a box – free of charge.

Will I receive a certificate with my jewelry?

Yes, every piece of Princess Jewellery comes with a certificate of authenticity. This document includes detailed information about the materials used, the type and quality of gemstones, and the total weight of the piece—providing you with full transparency and assurance of quality.

Do you offer resizing?

One free resizing is included with every ring purchased from Princess Jewellery (applies to most standard designs).

For additional resizings, the cost starts at 800 CZK, depending on the complexity of the design.

If yoUr ring is a complex or custom piece, we’ll provide an individual consultation and solution.

Do you offer custom-made jewelry?

Absolutely. We offer bespoke jewelry services based on your ideas. Just reach out through our contact form or email.

ORDER, PAYMENT + SHIPPING

What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?

We offer secure and insured shipping across the Czech Republic and internationally.

Czech Republic
Standard delivery: 1–3 business days

Shipping fee: Free for orders over CZK 4,000 / CZK 190 for orders under CZK 3,999

Express delivery: CZK 590 (typically next business day for in-stock items)

International Shipping
Delivery time: Usually 3–7 business days depending on the destination

Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

All shipments include tracking and insurance. For urgent orders or specific delivery requests, feel free to contact our customer service team.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow the delivery status.

What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your package.
We will guide you through the next steps and make sure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept card payments, bank transfers, Apple Pay, and other local payment methods. Details are shown at checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Every piece comes in a luxury Princess box, perfect for gifting. On request, we can also include a handwritten personal message.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. For orders within the EU, customs duties, VAT, and other charges are already included in the price.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, at our Prague showroom. Please arrange your visit in advance via email or phone.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return a piece of jewelry?

Yes, within 15 days of purchase, unless the piece was customized, altered by another jeweler, or shows signs of wear or damage.

Can I return or exchange jewelry without the box and certificate?

The original gift box and authenticity certificate (including GIA/HRD/IGI, if applicable) must be returned with the item.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return. Card refunds may take a few extra days due to bank processing.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed using your preferred method. You can choose between a refund to your original payment card, cash (in-store only), or a store credit voucher.

Can I exchange a piece of jewelry?

Yes, jewelry can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Please bring your proof of purchase when exchanging in store.

How should I care for my jewelry?

How should I store my gold and silver jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, store each piece separately in a soft-lined jewelry box to prevent scratches. For long-term storage, we recommend sealing items in small plastic bags with a silica gel packet to protect against moisture and oxidation. Always keep your jewelry away from humid environments and direct sunlight.

Where can I have my jewelry cleaned or adjusted?

You can drop off your item at any of our physical stores. Our staff will send it to our workshop for service – please allow several days depending on current workload.
