Exchange Policy

This page applies exclusively to exchanges of products purchased online through the official Princess Jewellery e-commerce platform. For purchases made in our physical retail stores (Václavské náměstí and Westfield Chodov), different conditions apply and are available in-store upon request.

Princess Jewellery s.r.o. offers customers the option to exchange their purchased item(s) within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. This policy applies equally to customers located within the European Union and outside of it.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition, including all packaging, certificates, and accessories.

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods.

  • A completed Exchange Form must be included in the return package. The form can be requested via email at info@princessjewellery.cz or downloaded here.

  • The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at info@princessjewellery.cz with your order number and reason for the exchange.

  2. Our team will provide instructions and the exchange form.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided, along with the completed form and a copy of your receipt.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the replacement product or contact you if further clarification is needed.

Shipping and Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the exchange is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured service for returns.

  • If the replacement item has a price difference, payment arrangements will be made before dispatch.

Important Notes

  • This exchange policy does not apply to custom-made or engraved items, including resized rings, unless the item is faulty.

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional campaigns may be excluded from exchange, unless required by applicable law.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is no longer available, you will be contacted with alternative options.
