That's why we created the Princess Lifetime Jewellery Service, an exclusive benefit for customers with a Princess account, offering ongoing care to help preserve the beauty, brilliance and condition of their jewellery.

1. Complimentary Jewellery Cleaning

Once a year for every registered customer

Every customer with a Princess account can enjoy complimentary cleaning of their Princess Jewellery pieces once per year.

Our team provides this service directly in our boutiques using specialised jewellery cleaning equipment. Regular cleaning helps remove everyday residue and maintain the beautiful appearance of your jewellery.

The cleaning method is always selected according to the materials, gemstones and construction of each piece.

Available at all three Princess Jewellery boutiques:

  • Princess Jewellery – Westfield Chodov

  • Princess Jewellery – Westfield Černý Most

2. Regular Jewellery Inspections

Care for every Princess Jewellery piece you own

As part of the Princess Lifetime Jewellery Service, we also help you keep an eye on the overall condition of your jewellery.

During an inspection, our team checks:

  • Gemstones and settings – whether stones are securely and correctly set.

  • Precious metals – the condition of the metal, surface and structure.

  • Overall jewellery condition – including individual components and functionality.

  • Potential repairs or adjustments – identifying whether any additional care may be recommended.

These inspections are available for all Princess Jewellery pieces owned by registered customers, regardless of their purchase value.

3. Professional Inspections for Jewellery Over CZK 20,000

Specialist care at our Wenceslas Square atelier

For registered customers who own Princess Jewellery pieces with a purchase value exceeding CZK 20,000, we offer an additional benefit: one complimentary professional inspection per year at our atelier on Wenceslas Square in Prague.

During this inspection, our specialists pay particular attention to the jewellery's technical condition, construction and the security of its gemstone settings.

This professional atelier inspection is available exclusively for Princess Jewellery pieces with an individual purchase value above CZK 20,000.

4. How to Enjoy Your Princess Lifetime Jewellery Service

Taking advantage of your benefits is simple.

  1. Have a Princess account. The service is available to registered Princess Jewellery customers.

  2. Visit one of our boutiques. Bring your Princess Jewellery piece to any of our three Prague locations.

  3. Request your service. Our team will verify your Princess account and confirm the available benefits.

  4. Let us care for your jewellery. We will arrange the appropriate cleaning or inspection according to your jewellery's characteristics and the service conditions.

5. Princess Lifetime Jewellery Service Conditions

  • The Princess Lifetime Jewellery Service is available to customers with an active Princess account.

  • The service applies exclusively to jewellery purchased from Princess Jewellery.

  • Complimentary jewellery cleaning is available once per year.

  • Basic jewellery inspections are available for all Princess Jewellery pieces owned by registered customers, regardless of purchase value.

  • One complimentary professional atelier inspection per year is available for individual pieces with a purchase value exceeding CZK 20,000.

  • The availability and method of cleaning or inspection depend on the jewellery's materials, construction and current condition.

  • Repairs, replacement parts, resizing, polishing and restoration of plating are not automatically included in the complimentary service. Any available paid services and their prices will be discussed with you in advance.

  • If an inspection identifies a potential defect covered by statutory consumer rights, you may submit a complaint under our Warranty & Complaints Policy.

The Princess Lifetime Jewellery Service is a voluntary customer benefit and does not replace, reduce or restrict your statutory consumer rights.
