EU countries

The return and exchange period is 14 days from when you or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.
Contact PRINCESS JEWELLERY team at info@princessjewellery.eu to receive the return & exchange form which needs to be filled up and sent back to us. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours with details on how to process your return or exchange.

Please note that articles must be completely returned to us with their original packaging. This should protect the goods to be returned against damage during transport. You can then return the articles to us by delivering the parcel to your post office branch, handing them to your postman, or by delivering them to a parcel office. Please note that postal returns can take several days and that we require a certain amount of time to process returns.

All Princess Jewellery s.r.o. rings are subject to personalized resizing to customers' required ring size* therefore they can not be returned or exchanged. (To resize a ring, please contact PRINCESS JEWELLERY team at info@princessjewellery.eu)

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

A 190,- Kč re-stock fee will apply to all returned items with a value less than 10.000,- Kč.
A 290,- Kč re-stock fee will apply to all returned items with a value of more than 10.000,- Kč.
Shipping costs will apply to all exchanged items.

We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.

For the purpose of continually improving our service and offerings, it is particularly important that you provide us with the reason why you are returning the goods.

We will credit the amount to your bank or credit card account within 14 days of received the items.

Furthermore, we would like to point out that the supplied goods must only be examined – comparable with trying them on in a real store.
Should the goods be damaged as a result of further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation.

Sale items, special orders, and custom jewellery are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

A 390,- Kč re-stock fee will apply to all returned items with a value up to 2.699,- Kč.
A 15% re-stock fee of the order value will apply to all returned items with a value from 2.700,- Kč.
